Electro-hydraulic control (EMCV)

EMCV (Electric main control valve)

Main control valve is electro-hydraulic actuated type. Based on electrical command coming from electrical joystick operation in the cab, proportional solenoids direct pilot flow to shift the spools within the control valve, for control of front drive functions.

Variable geometry turbocharger

Variable geometric turbocharger (VGT) gives optimized boost pressure over wide range of rpm so that it generates higher torque and faster response even at low rpm.

Enhanced axles

The best traction is a key factor, that's why Doosan wheel loaders are equipped with differential hydraulic 100% lock, which can be engaged at full torque automatically without any action from the operator.

Heavy application is part of a wheel loader’s job, and to have strong and reliable axles is a guarantee of security. Special attention has been given to axles to ensure the best durability and maintenance efficiency, enhanced by outboard brakes mounted for longer service and quick access for replacement.

Largest wheel loader models can be equipped with an oil cooler system on front and rear axles by independent oil circulation for long-lasting performance.
